Excellent recreational timberland tract just minutes from I-59 near Lumberton, MS. This tract mostly consists of hardwood timber along Parker Creek. It has frontage along Hwy 13 and Gunther Road, making access from I-59 a snap. There is an excellent building site with access to utilities, with end of the road privacy. The deer and turkey hunting on the property is excellent making it a great get-away for any sportsman. There is a large beaver pond making a great duck hole. Hattiesburg is a short 20 minute drive and New Orleans is just over an hour.
