Ask Cory Spink
A beautiful 58 acres of coast range land, with relatively steep topography ranging from about 160'-750 feet in elevation. Stocked with dense stands of well-aged alder and hemlock, this site has potential for recreation, harvest/replanting etc. Fox and Bear Creeks pass through to feed the Little Nestucca River. Although this parcel doesn't have Little Nestucca frontage, it's close by. No developed access to property from highway. No access to property from neighboring parcel's road system. Not likely buildable.
