This tract is in east central Claiborne County north of MS Highway 548 via a deeded easement. There is one main ridge running from the south to north to the east fork of Booths Creek. The east and west sides drops into bottoms bordered smaller spring fed branches that run north to the creek. North of Booths Creek the terrain steadily rises to the north property line. The timber consists of approximately 190 acres of 9-year-old planted pines, 58 acres of 14-year-old planted pines and the balance being in hardwood/pine mix SMZ. Utilities aren't available.
