This tract located in east central Franklin County, north of US Highway 84 and the McCall Creek Community. The east boundary is the Applewhite Road, and the west boundary is the Neal Posey Road; both are asphalt and county maintained. Crooked creek (more like a spring fed branch) divides the tract almost in half. The terrain is rolling, and the timber consists of approximately 85 acres of 5-year-old planted pines. There is a main transmission power line running through the southeast corner. Utilities are available on both roads.
