Oconee WMA, Hardwoods and Pond Site! Located just minutes from Lake Oconee and adjacent to Oconee Wildlife Management Area, the Corry Tract is a ±172-acre recreational timber property in northwestern Hancock County. Located on Green Springs Road, the tract has approximately 2,700 feet of road frontage. The property features a diverse mix of land types, including ±53 acres of mature hardwoods and a ±105-acre stand of recently planted pine trees.
